What neccesities you need to run
- You need shoes that fit your feet comfortable
- One water bottle so you can drink while running
- A timer to time yourself to see how long you pace
- Music to help you as you run and keep you calm
- Jacket to make sure you don't freeze up at cold nights
- A distance watch to see how far you are going
- And last, the want to keep on running
What you have to know about running
- Warm up constantly before and after a run
- Keep the same pace for a good time
- Have breaks and drink some water
- don't over extend yourself if tired
- Take deep breaths as you pace yourself
- You must always never sprint
- If you are sweating, you are doing it right
