Cinnammon Roll Recipe


Amount 1/4 cup 3.4 ounce 1/4 cup 1/2 cup 1 cup 1 1 tablespoon 1 teaspoon salt 4 cups 1 cup
Ingredient room temperature water instant vanilla pudding melted butter softened butter warm milk egg white sugar salt bread flour brown sugar

Amount 4 teaspoons 4 ounces 1 cup 1/2 teaspoon 1 1/2 teaspoons
Ingredient ground cinnamon softened cream cheese confectioners' sugar vanilla extract milk

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
  2. Combine water, 1/4 cup of the melted butter, the vanilla pudding, 1 cup of the warm milk, the egg, 1 tablespoon of the sugar, salt, the bread flour, and the yeast in the pan of the bread machine then turn Dough cycle on.
  3. Stir togeher brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans.
  4. Once Dough cycle is completed, place dough on a floured surface and roll it into a rectangle that is about 17x10 inches. Use the softened butter to spread the dough. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture from previous step over the dough.
  5. Butter the baking pan with melted butter.
  6. Bake rolls in preheated oven until browned, which will take somewhere from fifteen to twenty minutes.
  7. Stir together cream cheese, 1/4 cup softened butter, confectioners' sugar, the vanilla extract, and 1 1/2 teaspoons milk.
  8. Once rolls are cooked and cooled, spread frosting over them.
